Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within high-volume pubs, hotels or similarly diverse hospitality venues.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing food and beverage operations, with exposure to gaming and retail highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams while maintaining high operational standards.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including food and beverage, gaming, retail and entertainment.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost management and revenue growth.
