Job summary

Hastings People in Darwin is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established hospitality venue, delivering quality food and beverage, gaming, retail and entertainment in a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Group GM, you will drive profitability, develop your team and maintain guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within high-volume pubs, hotels or similarly diverse hospitality venues.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing food & beverage with exposure to gaming and retail highly regarded.
• Hands-on management style with a focus on guest experience and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all venue operations including food and beverage, gaming, retail and entertainment.
• Drive profitability through budgeting, cost control and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team with a positive culture.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
