Job summary

JBL Group NSW Pty Ltd seeks an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our bulk haulage operations in Australia. You will be responsible for day-to-day performance, safety, and commercial success, working with the leadership team, customers and drivers.

As a senior leader, you will drive strategic direction, optimise fleet utilisation, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team to deliver reliable, profitable operations in a dynamic transport market.

Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience within bulk haulage, transport or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of bulk transport operations and fleet management.
• Demonstrated experience managing drivers and operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian heavy vehicle compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
