Job summary

Mid North Motor Company, part of the One SMG Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead dealership operations in Clare. The role oversees Sales, Service, Parts and Administration, with a focus on customer service, growth and performance.

You will inspire teams, manage budgets and KPIs, build strong relationships with manufacturers and customers, and ensure safety and compliance. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can deliver outstanding outcomes

The dealership represents leading automotive brands and has a strong reputation for customer service, community involvement and business performance.

This is a leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can inspire teams, drive results and create an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, leading the Sales, Service, Parts and Administration teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership departments and daily operations
