Qualifications

• Experience in defendant insurance, personal injury or general liability litigation.
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage own files and develop client relationships.
• Advise on a broad range of general liability matters.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
