Associate/Senior Associate - General Liability

We're seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing General Liability team in Sydney. The Opportunity

Working with leading insurers, corporations and self-insured clients, you’ll advise on a broad range of matters including:

• Public and product liability claims


• Personal injury litigation


• Coverage and indemnity disputes


• Property damage claims

You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, develop strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

About You

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

• Experience in defendant insurance, personal injury or general liability litigation


• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills


• A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
