seek.com.au is seeking a reliable General All-Rounder to join our Burleigh Heads team on a part-time/casual basis. The role involves loading/unloading materials, delivering to sites, and supporting trades with varied tasks across the Gold Coast and outer metro areas.

Travel may be required, with all reasonable costs covered. This hands-on position offers the chance to transition to full-time for the right person.

• Loading and unloading materials, equipment and machinery
• Delivering materials and machinery to various construction sites
• Safely securing loads for transport
• General factory duties and yard work
• Assisting with the preparation, movement and organisation of materials
• Operating machinery and equipment where appropriately licensed
• Assisting trades and site teams as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Performing other general duties as required

Job description

This is a varied hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas, is comfortable getting their hands dirty and takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. Our work sites are primarily located throughout the Gold Coast, with occasional work in outer metro areas. Some projects may require overnight or short-stay travel, with all reasonable travel, accommodation and associated costs covered by the company.
