Waves Carwash in Canberra is seeking a reliable General Handyperson/Maintenance Hand to join our busy maintenance team. You’ll perform general repairs, basic plumbing and mechanical tasks using hand and power tools, with full training provided.

No trade qualification is required; we value initiative, practical problem-solving and a strong work ethic. This role offers flexible casual, part-time or full-time opportunities across our sites with ongoing support and career development.

You don't need to be a qualified tradesperson. If you're comfortable using basic hand and power tools, enjoy fixing things, and have a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic experience using hand and power tools
• Practical problem-solving skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• A current Australian driver’s licence
• Physically capable of hands-on work
• Availability to work at least one day each weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as part of a rotating roster
