Seek Car Wash Essendon North is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily site operations at our newly refurbished car wash on Keilor Road. The role includes outdoor duties, cleaning, restocking supplies, and assisting customers during daytime hours.

You will be on your feet for extended periods, with shifts primarily on Sundays and Mondays, and occasional additional shifts. A friendly, reliable attitude and ability to work independently are essential.

About the Role

We are seeking support for the daily operation of our car wash as well as for the assistance with customers while helping maintain a clean, safe and well-presented site. This role involves outdoor work, regular cleaning duties, lifting consumables and being on your feet for extended periods.

Our car wash operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful applicant will provide on-site support during core daytime hours and must be available to work every Sunday and Monday, approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm. Additional shifts may also be available from time to time.

What You'll Be Doing

Operations & Maintenance

• Cleaning wash bays, vacuums and common areas.
• Refilling chemicals and consumables.
• Undertaking routine equipment checks.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Site Operator.
• Following site opening and closing procedures.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Resolve issues quickly, effectively and professionally.
• Encourage membership sign-ups and help customers get the most from our services.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and punctual person with a strong work ethic.
• Available every Sunday and Monday.
• Friendly and confident dealing with customers.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to undertake light cleaning and site maintenance tasks.
• Current driver's licence preferred.
• Previous experience in a car wash, service station, retail, customer service or a similar operational environment is highly regarded.
• The successful applicant must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the site during their shift.
