Job summary

Swimart Erindale/Belconnen, a well-established pool service business in Canberra, is seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our growing team. This confidential opportunity offers a stable, supportive, professional environment with a permanent full-time role.

You will own a regular service run, maintaining residential and commercial pools while delivering a high standard of service. A company vehicle is provided, along with full tools of the trade.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pool Technician (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry
• Ability to work independently and manage your own run
• Current driver's licence (manual not required)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Physically fit (able to lift 20kg+)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Must have full Australian working rights

The Role

You'll take ownership of a regular service run, maintaining residential and commercial pools while delivering a high standard of service.

Key duties

• Pool and spa servicing and maintenance

• Water testing and chemical balancing

• Equipment diagnostics and minor repairs

• System installs and replacements

• Managing daily schedule and service records

• Stock control and vehicle organisation

About You
