MployHR is partnering with a Melbourne-based pharmaceutical facility to recruit a reliable Pharmaceutical Production Worker for the morning shift (6 AM to 2 PM). You will operate production equipment, support GMP-driven processes, and ensure accurate packing and labeling of products.

Candidates should have experience in pharma or manufacturing, be able to pass medical and police checks, and commit to Mon-Fri availability with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Worker to join our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring products are prepared, packed, and handled in line with strict quality and safety standards.

About the Role:

• Pharmaceutical Production Worker - Morning Shift (6 AM to 2 PM | $34.65/hr + Super
• Long-term ongoing role with a view to permanency
• Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support manufacturing processes while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Perform packing, labelling, and product checks
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production environment
• Identify and report any production issues or equipment faults
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

About You:
