Job summary

Sia seeks a talented AI & Data professional to join its Sydney team. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, solution architects, and platform engineers to design, build, and deploy AI and data solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will work on GenAI, LLMs, fondation models, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integrations, ensuring compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and model licenses while advancing observability and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/AI, information processing, econometrics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Data Science, Big Data, or building AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and code versioning; knowledge of AI frameworks and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help design, build, and deploy AI and data solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Solution Architects, and Platform Engineers.
• Develop GenAI and LLM-powered applications meeting regulatory and business requirements.
• Design prompting, orchestration, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) strategies.
• Evaluate models based on performance, latency, and cost constraints.
