Sia is seeking a talented AI & Data professional to help organizations transform business processes through Generative and Agentic AI. You will work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Solution Architects, and Platform Engineers to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems that create measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/engineering/AI or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GenAI Solution Architect in designing scalable and secure AI solutions.
• Develop applications powered by foundation models, both self-managed and API-accessible, that meet business needs and comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, model licenses, etc.).
• Design prompting and orchestration strategies to improve reasoning, controllability, reliability, and user experience.
• Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging enterprise knowledge sources, semantic search, and source attribution.
• Design, implement, and optimize agentic AI systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Develop AI agents capable of tool usage, workflow orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Architect AI solutions integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate models based on business requirements, performance, latency, and cost constraints.
• Monitor AI system performance in production and contribute to observability, evaluation, and governance practices.
• Conduct research on the latest advances in foundation models, multimodal AI, and agentic AI systems.
