Ice Cream Investments Pty Ltd in Miranda, NSW, seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training and development, performance reviews and promotions, manage stock levels, implement sales strategies, and ensure WHS and food safety compliance.

Formación

• Two years’ full-time experience in a retail management role.
• Experience in supervising and developing retail staff.
• Experience managing inventory and stock control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Miranda store.
• Manage and supervise retail staff including recruitment, rostering, training and performance reviews.
• Control stock levels of raw materials and finished products to maximise cost efficiency.
• Implement sales strategies to improve productivity, customer service and store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety regulations and company policies.
• Effectively handle staff and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, HR and marketing teams.
