Forefront Recruitment is partnering with a Geelong-based firm to bring on a junior PC/CA, with a clear path to become a Project Manager. You’ll gain exposure to contract administration, procurement, estimating and project delivery across a range ofGeelong-area projects—fit-outs, D&C works and new builds.

The role emphasizes development in a collaborative culture, working with senior staff and a local leadership team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, procurement, estimating or project delivery.
• Background in commercial, fit-out, apartments or custom residential projects.
• Civil and volume residential experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract administration, procurement, estimating and project delivery across varying projects.
• Support Geelong-based fit-outs, D&C projects and new builds.
• Learn under senior staff to progress toward a Project Manager role.
