Job summary

Pickles Auctions Milperra NSW is seeking a reliable, customer-focused person to join our team as a branch coordinator. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at our Milperra NSW branch (2214). You will coordinate stock movements, liaise with customers and tow truck drivers, and ensure accurate cataloguing of stock.

We value sharp attention to detail, basic computer/iPad skills, and a positive approach. Occasional overtime on weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Stock control and branch delivery coordination experience.
• Strong customer service focus with vendors and buyers.
• Ability to use iPad and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, customer-focused quick learner to join our friendly team at our Milperra NSW branch (2214). Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00am–5:00pm).

What you will do:
