Pickles Auctions in Bibra Lake (Perth) is seeking a reliable, customer-focused administrator for a permanent full-time role. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with responsibility for vehicle licensing checks, registrations, catalogues, and data entry to support auctions.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, knowledgeable about trust accounts and WH&S policies, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Weekend overtime may be required occasionally.
