Job summary

Rosette Horticulture seeks a skilled gardener to care for Melbourne's high-end residential gardens. You will perform general garden maintenance, pruning, fertilising, mulching, lawn care, hedge maintenance, topiary, planting and soft landscaping, while identifying pests and diseases.

This role offers 35–45 AUD per hour, weekly pay, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, well-planned days and balanced workload, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential garden maintenance, ideally in high-end gardens.
• Strong plant knowledge and understanding of seasonal care.
• Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work.
• Friendly personality and consideration for others.
• Positive attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Certificate III in Horticulture preferred but not essential.
• Vehicle and current driver's licence preferred.
• Current ABN required.

We're looking for a skilled and passionate gardener to help care for some of Melbourne's most beautiful, established gardens, keeping them healthy and looking their best throughout the seasons.

Key responsibilities

General garden maintenance, pruning, fertilising, mulching, lawn care, hedge maintenance, topiary, planting and soft landscaping

Identify and treat pests and diseases

Operate garden tools and machinery safely

Build friendly, professional relationships with clients

About you
