Job summary

Matfer Investments Pty Ltd in Oakleigh South, VIC, is seeking a Gardener/Horticulturalist (experienced or 3rd/4th year apprentice) to maintain residential gardens across Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs. The role covers pruning, lawn care, planting, irrigation maintenance and general garden management with a strong emphasis on presentation.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, bring good plant knowledge, reliability and attention to detail, and enjoy above‑award

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional gardening experience or 3rd/4th year horticulture apprenticeship
• Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Reliable, punctual and detail-focused

• General garden maintenance and horticultural care
