Qualifications

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Experience operating ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and other gardening equipment.
• Good knowledge of garden maintenance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience maintaining large residential estates, resorts or similar properties will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's extensive landscaped gardens, lawns and common areas to a consistently high standard. The position offers plenty of variety, with a combination of gardening, grounds maintenance and general property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• General gardening and grounds maintenance across the estate.
