Job summary

Hallsmark Property Services on the Sunshine Coast is looking for a Garden Maintenance Team Member to join a friendly, organised crew maintaining residential lawns and gardens between Caloundra and Maroochydore.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, with a focus on presenting neat outdoor spaces using well-equipped trucks and reliable tools; you’ll work in a two-person team and interact with clients to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Previous garden maintenance experience is preferred, though not required if you can show you know what's required for landscape maintenance work.
• A valid manual driver’s licence is mandatory
• A personal vehicle is required
• Trailer driving experience is preferred but not required
• Fit and healthy - It is a physical job, with lots of walking, lifting and exposure to weather and chemicals

Responsibilities

• Part of a 2 person team responsible for presenting the lawns and gardens across a number of residential units on the Southern Sunshine Coast.
• Talking with clients to provide great customer service
• All aspects of lawn and garden maintenance including mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, mulching, weed and pest spraying, fertilising
• Planning work and managing job sites
• Organising and managing equipment

Garden Maintenance Team Member - Full time

• Location: Southern Sunshine Coast working mostly between Caloundra and Maroochydore

• Work Hours: Mon-Fri 7-3pm
