Job summary

BlueCare Fraser Shore 2 Retirement Village in Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Gardener to join the grounds and maintenance team. This permanent full-time role focuses on keeping the village environment well-kept and welcoming for residents.

You will perform mowing, whipper-snipping, edging and hedging, plus general site maintenance, contributing to resident-focused services and a strong sense of place within the village.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building, plant and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides and safe work practices.
• Relevant Trade Qualifications or Certificate in Facilities, Building or Construction.

Responsibilities

• Mowing the lawn on a ride on mower
