You will maintain and enhance outdoor spaces for commercial and residential clients, contributing to our reputation for quality service.

The role covers routine maintenance, planting, equipment operation, watering, pest management, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or a related landscaping role.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of environmental and sustainable gardening practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, mulching and lawn mowing.
• Plant flowers, shrubs and trees in accordance with landscape design specifications
• Operate and maintain garden equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Watering and fertilising plants to promote healthy growth and appearance
• Identifying and treating garden pests, diseases and weeds using appropriate methods
• Maintaining garden beds, borders and pathways to the highest standards
• Clearing garden waste and managing disposal of materials responsibly
• Following health and safety protocols and industry best practices at all times
• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• Contributing to team projects and assisting colleagues as needed

Commercial Landscape & Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Garden Maintenance professional to join our team on a full-time basis at eastern suburbs location. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of gardens and outdoor spaces for our valued commercial and residential clients. This position is essential to our business operations, as it directly impacts client satisfaction and the quality of our service delivery. You will be working across various locations in eastern suburbs, contributing to the development and maintenance of beautiful, well-kept outdoor environments.

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine garden maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, mulching and lawn mowing
