DARE Disability Support is seeking a Garden & Lawn Care Coordinator in NSW to oversee end-to-end maintenance services, from enquiry and site visit through to quoting, scheduling, service delivery and invoicing. You will lead three teams of Disability Support Workers and supported employees, ensuring high-quality work, safety, and positive employment outcomes while building strong customer relationships.

• Experience coordinating or supervising gardening/grounds maintenance
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams
• Strong organisational and multi-job management
• Experience building customer relationships and delivering high-quality customer service
• Strong admin skills including scheduling and record-keeping
• Commitment to workplace health and safety

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day garden and lawn maintenance services
• Manage customer enquiries, site visits and quotations
• Schedule jobs and coordinate team workloads
• Monitor productivity, workforce utilisation and operational efficiency
• Ensure services are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Coordinate invoicing and billing activities
• Manage vehicles, equipment, tools and operational resources
• Provide leadership to Disability Support Workers and supported employees
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and community customers
• Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets and documentation
• Experience with using Tradify or a similar industry platform
