• Experience in horticulture, parks & gardens or landscaping.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current driver’s licence is essential.
• White Card as a mandatory safety credential.
• Strong safety focus and high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across the inner West of Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role

You will:

• Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
• Plan daily works and allocate tasks
• Ensure sites meet contract standards
• Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
• Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & planting
