Job summary

Norths Cammeray invites experienced leaders to join Norths Collective as a Gaming Supervisor (RGO). You will lead the Gaming and Loyalty teams, ensure exceptional service, and uphold compliance and safety standards on the gaming floor.

In this role you will train staff, manage promotions and loyalty initiatives, perform RGO duties, and maintain accurate cash handling. A dynamic management team supports your development and success in a community-focused club.

Qualifications

Experience in gaming, hospitality or leadership.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Flexible availability across a seven-day operation.
RSA/RCG qualifications held.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Gaming and Loyalty team members
Deliver exceptional service to members and guests
Train and coach team members on service, compliance and operational standards
Ensure gaming floor presentation, compliance and customer experience standards are maintained
Fulfil Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) duties and support responsible gambling initiatives
Promote current promotions, events and loyalty programs
Maintain accurate cash handling and gaming procedures
Effectively communicate with patrons, team members and management
