Job summary

Wonthaggi Workers Club in Victoria is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to deliver excellent member service in our gaming room. You will assist players with machines, payouts and enquiries, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

This role requires great communication, reliability and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. A current RSA and Victorian RSG certification is preferred or you may obtain them on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests in our gaming room.
• Assist customers with gaming machines, payouts and general enquiries.
• Ensure gaming areas are clean, comfortable and welcoming.
• Serve beverages and assist with bar service when required.
• Promote responsible gaming practices and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver a positive experience for every guest.
