The Ettamogah Hotel is recruiting a Gaming Manager to lead and develop the gaming room team in a busy hospitality venue. You will promote safe, compliant gaming operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding service to our valued guests in a dynamic environment.

Applicants should have solid experience in gaming rooms or hospitality, strong people skills, and relevant RSA/RCG/ARCGas certifications. A hands-on leader who can handle lifting and stock movement will thrive here.

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in the heart of Kellyville Ridge, The Ettamogah Hotel is an iconic, modern venue boasting a massive undercover courtyard and multiple premium dining areas. We are seeking energetic hospitality professionals to join our team. Whether we're hosting special events, serving up intimate dinners, or keeping the drinks flowing during live gigs, we offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting work environment.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCGas per state requirements
