Job summary

ALH Hotels in Fairfield Heights, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Gaming Manager to run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love. The base salary is $79,600 plus Super, with a bonus scheme and group discounts across the Endeavour Group network.

In this role you’ll lead the team, ensure compliant operations, and build lasting relationships with regulars while upholding safety and responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming room management or supervision.
• Knowledge of compliance and safe gaming.
• RSA/RCG/ARCG certificates required.

We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in Fairfield Heights, Brown Jug Hotel (a Nightcap Hotels location) is a vibrant Western Sydney favorite. The venue features an acclaimed on-site Vietnamese restaurant (Ly's Kitchen), a high-energy Sports Bar, full TAB facilities, regular live events, and modern guest accommodation. It's a go-to local hub known for great food, cold drinks, and genuine community hospitality.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCG as per state requirements
