Job summary

RDJones Group in Port Noarlunga, SA, seeks an experienced Gaming Manager to oversee all gaming operations, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role focuses on growth, operational excellence and fostering a responsible gaming environment.

You will lead gaming staff, drive customer service standards, and ensure adherence to RSA/RSG requirements while maintaining a safe, welcoming venue for patrons and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gaming Manager or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of gaming operations, regulations, and compliance requirements in South Australia.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF requirements.
• Clear and positive leadership style with the ability to build a strong team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse patrons and stakeholders.
• Current RSG and RSA certificates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gaming operations, including supervision of staff and the Jackpot Club system.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently, both personally and through your team.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, and licensing requirements.
