Job summary

RDJones Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager in Adelaide to lead customer service excellence while maintaining safe work practices across all areas of the venue.

The role offers full-time hours, career development, and promotion potential for a positive, results-driven leader with RSA, gaming, and licensing compliance knowledge.

You will supervise staff, train and direct team, support the venue manager in wages and stock control, and operate on a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy gaming rooms.
• Strong understanding of RSA, gaming and licensing compliance.
• Able to supervise and train staff effectively.
• Adaptable to work across all venue areas.
• Good time management and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hold a current Responsible Person badge.
• Experience with H&L beneficial.
