Norths Collective is seeking a passionate Gaming Supervisor (RGO) to lead the Gaming and Loyalty teams and deliver outstanding service to members and guests at Norths Cammeray. You will ensure compliance, coach staff, maintain floor presentation, and uphold responsible gambling standards across a seven-day operation.

RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualifications are required, with strong customer service and leadership skills. Onsite gym access and meal discounts are available as part of the package.

Qualificações

• Previous gaming, hospitality or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop team members.
• Sound problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Hold current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Gaming and Loyalty team members.
• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Train and coach team members on service, compliance and operational standards.
• Ensure gaming floor presentation, compliance and customer experience standards are maintained.
• Fulfil Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) duties and support responsible gambling initiatives.
• Promote current promotions, events and loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and gaming procedures.
• Effectively communicate with patrons, team members and management.
