Based on the beautiful Central Coast, this position requires energy, reliability and a willingness to learn, with RSA/RCG certification and a pathway to ARCG support.

Qualifications

• Flexibility across operating hours, including split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA and RCG certificates.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers.
• Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, our product offerings and membership rewards.
• Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service.
• Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix.
• Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements.
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area.
