Qualifications

• Essential: RSA
• RP Badge or willingness to obtain
• Basic and Advanced Gaming Certificates
• Availability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the gaming room and attendants
• Delivering exceptional service to gaming patrons
• Ensuring compliance with gaming, liquor and venue procedures
• Managing cash handling, payouts and gaming machine operations
• Supporting bar, bistro and floor operations when required
• Maintaining a safe, professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff
