Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive service within the gaming room
• Maintain gaming areas, furniture and equipment to required standards
• Ensure venue ambience including lighting, music and cleanliness
• Support food and beverage service where required
• Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard
• Operate gaming terminals and support customer enquiries
• Handle cash and use POS systems accurately
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
• Support upselling and contribute to venue performance
• Communicate effectively with team members across the venue
• Follow RSA, WHS and all hotel procedures at all times
• Support the team with general duties as required
