Job summary

Pegasus Leisure Group is seeking a Gaming Attendant for the Grand Hotel in Frankston on a casual basis. You will deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting, create a welcoming gaming environment, handle cash, and support promotions while upholding presentation and responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications

TAB experience and certification is advantageous.
RSA and RSG certificates required.
Current Gaming Licence essential.
Do Food Safety certification, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
Create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
Handle cash and operate tills accurately and efficiently.
Support venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries.
Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required.
Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room.
Support responsible gambling practices and provide information when required.
