Job summary

Pegasus Leisure Group is seeking a Gaming Attendant at the Golden Fleece Hotel in Melton for casual shifts. You will deliver friendly service, maintain a welcoming gaming environment, handle cash, and support promotions while upholding responsible gaming standards.

Ideal candidates will have RSA and RSG certifications, a current gaming licence, and the ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends. Join a supportive team with flexible shifts and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• RSA, RSG and gaming licences required
• Do Food Safely certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in hospitality or gaming preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately and efficiently
• Support venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required
• Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room
• Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at Golden Fleece Hotel in Meltonon a Casual basis.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.

Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, the Golden Fleece Hotel caters to both children and adults alike.

* Must be available Graveyard Shifts (Late-night +Weekends)*

About Us

Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria.
