Kingpin Bowling Townsville is seeking a Games Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and smooth operation of gaming areas.

You’ll manage stock, merchandising, and game maintenance while upholding safety and WOW moments for guests in a vibrant entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• WWCC (Working with Children check) or willingness to obtain
• Previous supervisory/management experience in fast-paced environments like hospitality, retail, or entertainment
• Strong focus on guest experience and building a team that delivers WOW moments
• Stock management and regular stocktakes
• Merchandising acumen to make products pop and sell

You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain

You have previous supervisory/management experience in fast‑paced environments like hospitality, retail, or entertainment
