Job summary

Kingpin Townsville is seeking a Games Manager to lead hands-on game fixes and updates, while mentoring the team to deliver WOW moments for guests and ensure a safe, engaging experience.

You’ll manage stock, drive merchandising, and apply hospitality and retail know-how. WWCC, supervisory experience, and a passion for games are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, fun culture at Kingpin.

Qualifications

• Valid WWCC or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience supervising in fast-paced hospitality, retail or entertainment.
• Focus on guest experience and building a WOW team.
• Stock management and stocktake expertise.
• Strong merchandising to make displays pop and sell.

In this role, you'll use a mix of technical, management and organisation skills to ensure the Winner's Vault tells remarkable stories, your team works towards set goals, and the games are providing the ultimate (and safest) experience to our guests!
