Service Design Jobs in Australia seeks an experienced futures and strategic design practitioner to lead long-term transport and customer experience initiatives. You will synthesize data across social, economic, technological and behavioural domains, translate uncertainty into compelling narratives, and build partnerships across government, industry and research to deliver sustainable transport experiences.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in strategic foresight, strategic, service or experience design within complex organisations
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and its application to designing complex, multi modal customer experiences
• Proven ability to translate research, environmental scanning and data into actionable long-term strategies
• Experience developing future-state concepts, roadmaps and transition pathways balancing aspiration and feasibility
• Highly developed communication, visualization and storytelling ability with senior leaders
• Proven ability to collaborate across government, industry, academia and community partners
• Experience in trend analysis or scenario planning in large organisations
• Ability to create and test future transport concepts
• Experience embedding futures thinking across an organisation
• Ability to translate uncertainty into compelling narratives for stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Lead exploration, design and development of medium- and long-term transport and customer experience strategies
• Apply foresight, systems thinking and design methodologies to envision and test future transport scenarios
• Use trend analysis and environmental scanning to anticipate community needs
• Synthesize data across social, economic, technological and behavioural domains into strategic insights
• Translate uncertainty into narratives through visual storytelling and facilitation
• Build partnerships across government, industry, research and technology sectors
• Collaborate with policy, strategy and environment stakeholders to design inclusive transport experiences
• Develop scenario planning tools and foresight models to test concepts against multiple futures
• Embed futures thinking and strategic design across the organisation for long-term adaptability
• Create roadmaps and transition plans to guide delivery of future transport experiences
