ANU College of Asia & the Pacific in Canberra is seeking a Future Student Enquiries Coordinator to lead the frontline team handling phone, email, web or live chat enquiries. You will provide high-quality advice on future student experiences, policies and procedures, coordinating initiatives to support the University's strategic goals.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, Future Students Experience, you will work with internal divisions and colleges to deliver excellent prospective student support,
Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Continuing
The Future Student Enquiries Coordinator reports to the Deputy Manager, Future Students Experience. They lead the team who will be the first point of contact for future student enquiries and will ensure phone, email, web or live chat enquiries. The role will provide high-quality advice on a wide range of future student experience activities, policies, procedures and guidelines and assist with the coordination of future student initiatives to support the achievement of the University’s strategic goals. They will work closely with other members of the Future Students team and with the relevant Central Divisions and Colleges, liaising with and providing services and advice to a wide variety of stakeholders.
