Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline enquiry team- provide coaching, mentoring and support to enquiry officers and student ambassadors, building capability and delivering exceptional future student experiences.
• Drive service improvement through data and insights- analyse enquiry trends, support CRM-driven engagement practices, and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and prospective student outcomes
• Make a meaningful impact on student recruitment and engagement- play a key role in shaping the future student journey by ensuring prospective students receive high-quality advice, support and guidance throughout their decision-making process.
