Job summary

The Australian National University invites applications for an Executive Support Officer in the College of Systems and Society Dean’s Office. Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $89,760 - $97,918 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)

About the opportunity

We’re looking for an Executive Support Officer to join the College of Systems and Society (CSS) Dean’s Office and provide administrative support as part of a small team. In this role you’ll be a key member of the College, serving as a first point of contact for enquiries; delivering high‑quality executive and administrative assistance; helping support college events and activities, preparing background research and data for briefs; and building strong, collaborative relationships across campus. The Dean's Office provides expertise that supports the College in the successful delivery of its objectives. We achieve excellence in services by partnering and collaborating with academic staff, students and external partners, through embracing diversity of ideas to coming up with innovative solutions.
