Job summary

Roland DG is seeking an experienced account/channel manager to own key dealer relationships and strategic accounts across Australia and New Zealand. The role blends sales growth with marketing and product-related work, guided by an established leadership team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager ANZ, you will travel regularly for customer meetings, dealer visits and industry events, with a clear pathway into future sales leadership within a global technology business.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' account management experience with proven ability to grow relationships
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM systems
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key dealers and strategic accounts across Australia and New Zealand
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business and develop new business for dealer success
• Lead sales pipeline reviews, forecasting activities and CRM management to track opportunities
• Support sales campaigns, marketing initiatives and product launches
• Attend customer meetings, dealer visits, trade shows and industry activities
