Qualifications

• Experience leading complex work design or organisation design initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation and storytelling capabilities.
• Understanding of how AI and emerging tech reshape work and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end work design engagements from diagnosis to future-state design.
• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to anticipate how AI and technology may reshape work.
• Apply work design methods to identify opportunities and shape sustainable solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights to inform senior leader decisions.
• Facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders across boundaries.
• Connect work design with workforce planning and transformation priorities.
• Contribute expertise to evolving Workforce Effectiveness priorities.
