Job summary

You will join the Workforce Effectiveness Centre of Excellence to anticipate future work, skills and workforce requirements, and drive sustainable solutions.

You will partner with business and HR leaders to diagnose, design future-state work, and translate data into clear insights that inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex work design, organisation design or workforce transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation and storytelling capabilities with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Understanding of how AI and emerging technologies reshape work and workforce requirements.
• Experience translating data and organisational challenges into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead conversations shaping future workforce priorities.
• Human-centered approach; knowledge of organisational psychology or wellbeing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end work design engagements from diagnosis to future-state design.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to understand how AI and strategic change reshape work and roles.
• Apply work design methods to identify opportunities and develop sustainable solutions.
• Translate data into clear insights and compelling narratives for senior decision-makers.
• Facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders across boundaries.
• Connect work design with workforce planning, career architecture and transformation.
• Contribute expertise to evolving Workforce Effectiveness priorities.
