Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in work design, organisation design or workforce transformation.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills with senior stakeholder influence.
• Understanding of how AI and emerging tech reshape work and skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver work design engagements including diagnosis and future-state design.
• Partner with business and HR to assess impact of AI and technology on roles and skills.
• Apply work design methods and tools to analyze current-state work and identify future opportunities.
• Translate complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to build alignment on outcomes.
