Job summary

In collaboration with business and HR leaders, you’ll translate data into clear insights, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing workforce effectiveness initiatives, ensuring sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex work design or workforce transformation initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and storytelling capabilities to influence senior leaders.
Understanding of how AI and technology reshape work and workforce needs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end work design engagements from diagnosis to future-state design.
Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate how AI and change reshape work.
Apply work design methodologies to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
Translate data into clear insights to support executive decision-making.
Facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
Connect work design with workforce planning and transformation priorities.
Contribute expertise to evolving Workforce Effectiveness priorities.
