These roles offer meaningful, hands-on support within a compassionate team, assisting Funeral Directors with day-to-day operations and ensuring families receive respectful care.

Applicants must have full availability to work across a rotating casual roster in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Must have full availability for a rotating roster (including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and on-call shifts).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in emotional and time-sensitive situations.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience in funeral services, healthcare, aged care, or logistics will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
