CARE Australia is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to support the Individual Giving program, coordinating campaigns, donor care and supporter engagement. You will manage timelines, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Salary circa $92,507 + Superannuation + NFP Salary Packaging

As Fundraising Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering CARE’s Individual Giving fundraising program.
Working across appeals, regular giving, donor care, supporter engagement and campaign delivery, you'll help coordinate projects, manage timelines, work with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure our fundraising activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities and likes being part of a collaborative team that is focused on achieving results.
No two weeks are the same. One day you might be coordinating a donor impact report, the next working with a creative agency on a fundraising campaign, reviewing campaign results or helping deliver supporter communications.
Priorities can shift quickly, particularly when humanitarian emergencies arise, so you'll need to be comfortable adapting while keeping work moving.
